also how do I get rid picture and change the title.

go in WordPress dashboard to Theme Option and set Home Page.
this is what I have at dashboard/theme options/home page settings:
Logo Slogan
Select a Categories for Second Menu
Select a Category for Slider
Homepage Banner Remove Upload
Recommended width of the banner is 1280px.
First Homepage Category Title
Select a First Category
Once you set category for Second Menu, error disappear.
